Usage & Licensing Terms
Personal vs Monetized vs Commercial
(Please note, I charge differently between tiers).
This license is intended for private, non-revenue-generating activities.
Permitted Use: You may use the artwork for personal profile pictures (PFPs), banners, or as thumbnails for non-monetized content.
Credit: Explicit credit is appreciated and required if anyone asks for the artist’s identity.
Strict Prohibitions: May not be used as a virtual avatar (VRChat, VTubing, etc.).
May not be used for physical or digital merchandise.
No modifications, filters, or AI-processing are permitted.
Use on monetized platforms (e.g., a partner-level Twitch stream) is prohibited under this tier.

This license covers content creators and influencers who earn revenue through their platforms but are not selling the artwork itself.
Permitted Use: You may feature the artwork in monetized videos, use it for stream schedules, or include it in self-promotional advertisements (social media ads, etc.).
Credit Requirement: I must be credited in every instance where the artwork appears. This credit should be clearly visible and easily accessible (e.g., in a video description or "About" section).
Strict Prohibitions:
-May not be used for merchandise or resold in any capacity.
-May not be used as a virtual avatar model.
No signature removal: You may not modify the work in a way that makes it unrecognizable or removes my artist signature.

This is a full-usage license intended for businesses, brands, or projects requiring maximum flexibility.
Permitted Use: You are granted the right to use the artwork for merchandising (prints, apparel, stickers), reselling, and corporate branding.
Modifications: You are free to edit, crop, recolor, or modify the artwork to suit your project’s specific needs.
Avatar Usage: This tier allows the artwork to be converted or used for virtual avatar assets (VRChat, VTubing).
Credit: While you own the usage rights, I must still be credited as the original creator of the artwork in a relevant section of your project or product.

Mandatory Disclosure: At the time of inquiry, you must disclose the intended use of the artwork. If the usage requirements change later (e.g., transitioning from Personal to Commercial), you must contact me to upgrade your license.
Prohibition of AI Training: Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, or any form of generative AI processing.
Breach of Agreement: Failure to comply with these terms—including unauthorized commercial use, failure to credit, or use in AI—will result in the immediate revocation of your usage license.
Enforcement: In the event of a breach of contract, I reserve the right to issue DMCA takedown notices and copyright strikes on all platforms where the work is being displayed or used.

By commissioning me, you agree to the usage tiers outlined above. I retain full copyright of the artwork. I reserve the right to file for a DMCA takedown or platform-specific copystrike if:
The artwork is used for a tier higher than what was purchased.
The artwork is used for AI training or dataset inclusion.
The artwork is used for purposes not disclosed during the initial commission process.
